Since 2020, our organization has partnered with the Foothills Trail Conservancy to serve as the Trail Captain for the section of the Foothills Trail between Table Rock State Park and Sassafras Mountain.

To honor our commitment, we hold semi-annual trail maintenance events along the route and encourage our members to participate. We also help improve the trails where needed by repairing bridges or constructing log steps, clear the trails after storms and lead major renovations where the trail has been degraded or damaged from use.
